Just this weekend, a few friends and I went on a very silly riff that ended in the phrase, "I got it at The *VERMONT* Turnip Soup store" and were immediately struck by how great an away message that would have been. Alas.

I fucking hated "Blue" when it went whatever-we-called-viral in the 90's, but the concept of replacing the original nonsense lyrics with "I'ma have the best fuckin night of my life" tickles me endlessly. So probably that.
If I could have a 2022 MSN/AIM lyric, I think I'd just embed (magically) some jaunty instrumental. I think the Innocence Mission's "The Melendys Go Abroad" would be both lovely and quasi-topically appropriate (in the sense of being unavailable).
